Bad Start to a New Year
NeutralUnfortunately this year has already started off badly for me.
Firstly me and my friend decided to pull an all nighter but she only lasted until 4 a.m. and even though she was asleep, I still couldn't fall asleep, so I was so bored, especially since it wasn't my house, so I couldn't really do anything to keep myself entertained....
After we went out to eat with her family for breakfast, which was pretty fun,but I don't like eating breakfast foods anymore (Eating eggs four times a day growing up was a bit too much
).... I ended up drinking a lot of coffee that morning, 3 or 4 cups. I went home straight after but my sister bullied me into walking to the store with her....
I'm such a wimp when it comes to my sister.......but I decided to try drinking Red Bull for the first time (I really wanted to try it for the longest time) it is pretty expensive and it tastes kinda weird, but it's not horrible...although the colour strongly resembles pee......
Later my parents made me visit some other family members and I was planning on using the January Bus pass so that I could get home faster(I get bored of all the talking...) but it wasn't in my pocket!!! I remember it being in my pocket when I went to the store with my sister but it wasn't there anymore.
I retraced my steps but I couldn't find it, then my mom was saying I would have to buy a new one, (I'm so cheap
I don't want to waste $100 on a new pass) I was feeling pretty upset and running on no sleep(just coffee and red bull) so I really felt like I was about to cry, which made me feel stupid again....I finally found it, thank God, but it didn't make sense where I found it, and I felt really stupid....
but I'll just blame it on the lack of sleep. After all that was over I got a stomich ache, it felt like acid was trying to crawl out my throat. My mom told me to take medicine but when I look it said it expired July 2006, my mom said it was fine, so I took it.....but I felt even worse afterwards....
It seems that I'm completely useless when I'm lacking sleep....
...and I learned that red bull + coffee will never be a replacement for sleep
Sorry for all my rambling and ranting
I hope everyone else has a better new year, and weren't complete idiots like me
